“We engaged Daniel in 2020 to undertake a comprehensive renovation of our newly purchased beach house at Malua Bay. We sought to convert what was originally a 1960s fibro shack in poor interior and exterior condition to a cottage with all modern conveniences. This included replacement of interior asbestos ceilings and walls, cladding of all exterior walls, total reroofing, a small extension, completely new bathrooms, kitchen and bedroom fit outs.
